I was so fortunate to be thrown two fantastic baby showers by my friends and family. Each one was a total ball and I'm so grateful to have celebrated this exicting time with everyone who attended.
This one was held in my husband's hometown in Connecticut. It was a luncheon and everything was made from scratch by the hostest (the food was INcredible!). She made these macaroon favors for all of the guests to take home with them.
The cupcakes were also made from scratch and all of those candies had little personalized labels on them - too cute!
My darling mother-in-law gave us a stroller which I can't wait to use for walks with baby to her house (which is down the street from ours)!
***I've had a few people inquire about the dress I'm wearing in the photo above (it's actually a really long top that I'm wearing with jeans). It's by Olian Maternity and it's one of my favorite tops -super comfortable!***
The other baby shower was held at our dear friends loft in Brooklyn, NY. It was a "coed" cocktail party and a complete blast!
The flowers were absolutely gorgeous as was all of the food. Our hostess is from Japan, so all of that sushi you see was just mouth-watering delish!

How fun!!!! The desserts and flower arrangements were stunning and I love coed showers! p.s.: love your dress!
I'm glad you posted these. I was curious to see how your showers went.
I, too, love your dress and that fabulous stroller.
What a sweet family and friend circle! : )
Awww, looks like so much fun!
Did I see your sister there?
What beautiful parties! I love the flower arrangements and the treats and it's clear you have such wonderful friends and family to celebrate this time with. That baby will clearly be showered with love from so many.
Wow, talk about classy (of course I expected nothing less)! Love every single detail but especially love your chic dress! What wonderful friends you have =)
Your shower was so cute. I really like what you've done with the nursery and the master bedroom. Could you tell me where you got the piece of art from that hangs across from your bed?
Take Care,
Lisa
Cupcakes and sushi...that looks like my kind of party! The flowers were beautiful too.
How nice! But I have to ask, where is your dress from? Love it!
It sounds like you had such wonderful baby showers.
