The crib from Belini purchased from a lovely mother of 2 girls selling it on Craig's List for practically nothing. Yaaaay for nice people!
With this navy and white bedding from Pottery Barn Kids.
At a thrift store, I scored a dresser similar in style to this one (but not as tall of course) that will work double duty as a changing table.

I've had this West Elm capiz shell pendant sitting in a closet still in it's original packaging for forever. It might make it's way into the nursery...who knows?
I have a tailored PB roman shade already which I love on the window.
I still need to figure out what paint color to choose for the room. All of the rooms on the second floor (where the nursery is) are variations of white, so a pop of color would be nice. I just can't decide. Any suggestions?
That's all I've got for now...I'll keep you all posted on my progress.

I'm glad you're back! I love all of your suggestions. I can't wait to see it unfold.
Oops I didn't mean "suggestions" I meant "choices".
I love the elements you have so far, T! It's going to be such a sophisticated nursery.
A rich navy for the wall above the wainscoting (if you install it) for that crisp contrast would look so lovely.
Welcome back Teresa! So glad to see your post!
I really like all of your choices, especially the dresser.
Im a bit biased b/c I used this in my own house but a teal blue works well for baby and toddler.
Love all your elements so far...its going to be beautiful like the rest of your home.
Oh how exciting. Congrats on the baby boy. I actually found your blog right when you found out you were preggers and took some time off. I've had you on my blog roll just waiting for you to come back. So, yay to that!
Congratulations!
I love the direction you are taking for the nursery -- navy is so classic and perfect.
YAY!!!! Have any names picked out?
I'm glad to see you back and feeling better now, your nursery is going to look fantastic.
