How do you do it? I'm doing a "drive by" blog post right now between a diaper change and trying to get my butt in the shower. When do moms find the time to maintain their blogs? Inquiring minds want to know. I have so much I've been DYING to share with everyone, but no time to do it. UGH.
What Grayson does really well...sleep (and poop). What Mom has been enjoying lately...champagne, oh how I've missed you!

Congrats T! He's precious.
As fas blogging goes I do it at night or during naps. Usually at night when its quiet in the house. It's tough. How's mommyhood? You look fantastic holding that glass of bubbly.
He really is too, too cute.
As for finding time, I didn't start blogging until my wee one was in a well-established routine. But I tend to do it when my husband is spending time with the children, or the little one is sleeping (naptimes or nighttime).
You'll find your groove in time and get into it! Don't fret, it just take a little time.
By the by, good for you and that glass of champagne!
Haha! I know EXACTLY how you feel...My son Harper just turned 1, and my life is crazier than ever. Not quite sure why I thought it would be a good time to start blogging, but I manage to do it when he's napping, or strapped to his high chair eating. I've learned to type SUPER fast as well. Cheers to you and your glass of champagne, and so glad you did a drive by today! :)Grace
Well, I for one will take your drive-by blogging :) Probably good news that Grayson does "sleep" well-- though i will say both photos are dangerous: rather than the sleep-deprived, slouchiness that one might (fairly!) expect from a new mom, you make mommydom look so glamorous!!!
I used to type while nursing. You're stuck in a chair anyways. BTW, what is that cute dress?
I'm not a mom so no words of advice, but just wanted to pop in and tell you that you and baby look great! I can't wait to read more about mommyhood!
Grayson is beautiful! :) I found your blog in via via and via... ;)
When Hedda was born, 9 months ago!! - she was a sleeper... So blogging was easy to fit in, and since my family and friends live 250 km from us my priorities was blogging, not cleaning. ;)
But it took 10 days from birth to next update. ;)
(It's possible to translate my blogs, if you can live with norwegianenglish in some words - the translator doesn't understand some of my words. ;P)
Your son is gorgeous! I have two young boys and I usually put together my posts at night after they're in bed or in the early, early morning. I also don't remember the last time I watched TV!
You look fantastic! I hate you! Let me say that again- you look fantastic(great for you!) but I hate you :)
Grayson is to die for! He's gorgeous. And you missy?? Are you sure you just had a baby? You look great!!!
Soooo cute! LOL!
As the mother of three including a set of twins, you will undoubtedly get behind in these early months. One your little guy hits a rhythm that you (actually learn to) recognize, you can start plotting your computer time! LOL
Grayson is beautiful. Enjoy it, even when it sucks, b/c it does go by so fast. Welcome to true and unconditional love, baby! Cheers. xoxo
You both look fantastic! Thanks for the drive-by, LOL.
And welcome back to the drinking club =o) We've missed you, tee-hee.
Your time will not be your own until he leaves for college~! He is very cute and well worth it!!
Very beautiful! As a mother of two, I can tell you it gets a little easier. You are in the crazy crazy stage. I'm not sure if it actually gets easier of if you just get used to it. ahah! I agree with the previous post...it goes by FAST! Enjoy it.
What a cutie {G and you, T!}
We miss you; but motherhood is a pretty big deal!
Your baby is adorable!! I usually wait until I have some free time during naps or at night and try to get a couple of posts done at one time. Then I save them for when I am behind schedule...good luck!
My children are older and I only wish I had blogged when they were little, but alas, it was not even around back then. I think if you can carve a bit of time to do all your posts once a week and then a few minutes a day to visit the ones you love, then it is like having a moment to yourself. Like they say - on the plane, one must administer the oxygen to themselves first.
I think it is hard - but if you have a schedule - that works for me. Some days are more challenging than others.
Take a deep breath and don't be hard on yourself to make it to the computer. Real life is so much more precious than the internet and your priorities have shifted. Enjoy cuddling with your new son and drinking some booze! This is a special time.
I started blogging last year. My girls are now 3 and one will be 6 in a few months.
Enjoy your time with your baby. They grow up way too fast.
Hi! Just came across your blog and have been having fun reading your posts! Good luck with the baby...he's absolutely adorable! My son is a year old, and I'm sure you've heard it before, but they do fall into schedules so eventually it is possible to have a little structure in your day, and time for blogging!
