Table, that is!
I'm trying to find the perfect cocktail table for my new living room.
Here's what the sofa will look similar to...
1. Two of these french deco inspired tables from Hickory Chair
2. Oval with glass top and antiqued silver finish table from Hickory Chair
3. Gold or silver finished metal with a brown shell top (I would get the rectangle version) from Oly
4. Silver finished sleek little number with a mirrored top from Global Views
My only problem with mirrored topped tables is that I already have two small end tables that have mirrored tops going in the family room. I don't want too much mirror. What do you think?

I am in love w/ the last one. It's like a piece of art, it's so stunning!
Since they're horizontal mirrored surfaces, I don't think the effect will be overwhelming. Now, if there were a ton of mirrors all over your walls, that might be too much.
I like #4, #3, #2, #1 in that order! Number three gives such a nice pop of color in the room, but I love the elegance of number 4!
i'm also a fan of the last one. something about it is just so pretty!
I really like the bottom one...the rectangular shape offset by the curve of the base.
What is going to be directly above this table? If its a mirror, its probably a nice idea if its reflecting a light fixture or something else nice to see twice.
But I dont think its a problem to have several mirrored surfaces in a room. Just don't add those glitter pillows - haha
Is Global Views a trade only company or can us lowly retail folks get at it to check out pricing?
La Forge Francais has some beautiful tables along these lines...I love the Saturne....
So sorry - I don't know how I ended up at this old post! Well, maybe an old post, but a good one!
