The Visionaire, located in Downtown Manhattan's Battery Park neighborhood, is one of NYC's first eco-friendly condo buildings. The units look chic and the views are killer. Here are some of my favorites from their website

Wow! Stunning. Absolutely! Love the city have been there often but to sit in one of these. Martini in hand on a clear day would be a treat! Congrats to the designer and to God for the natural beauty.
